Week 10 | Transfers

February 9, 2020

This week was pretty uneventful. I was able to play a lot of basketball and volleyball this week though. As you can imagine, I'm still not very good at volleyball, but I'm improving at basketball. I'm not going pro or anything, but I'm starting to do better. As the title subtly hints, this week was transfer week and I'm still in the same area (lake rotoroa). There were a few changes in my district though. Two of the Elders in my district were transferred, and I miss them, they were awesome.

We got a new set of sisters and they're double covering the sunny hills ward with a set of elders. We have two new trainees in the district, so I'm not the youngest anymore, and that feels weird. One of the elders who left gave me 19 little metal puzzles and some playing cards. His name is Elder Dela Cruz and he is one of my best friends so far in the mission. Anyway, I've got to cut it short this week, and I love and miss you all, have a great week.

Love, Elder Plaisted

These are the puzzles I solved the same day he gave them to me
(took them apart and put them back together)

The best chocolate milk I've had, but it's too spendy.

I took a picture of the moon (not of myself of course)

Our zone went plum picking as service and it was a hoot, don't worry, I didn't fall off any ladders

Proof that I'm still the same person. I still love to eat.
